Lumière, car toutes nos parcelles sont exposées idéalement au Sud/Sud-Est ; et Craie évidemment, notre roche-mère, support de notre terroir unique en son genre, avec des craies datant de 90 millions d'années...les plus vieilles de la Champagne viticole.
