The balance between sugar and acidity gives our 2012 vintage an exceptional capacity to gain in aromatic complexity over the years while preserving a certain freshness. 2012 offered a very good maturity of the grapes, amplified by the low volume of this harvest.
By being served slightly less fresh than a young Champagne, without misting on the glass, the 2012 Vintage will perfectly reveal the complexity of its aromas. Serve it in beautiful wine glasses rather than in classic flutes.
