Je sens le parfum, le poivre. C'est parfait pour la viande rouge. Un vin un rien austère mais bien fait donne envie d' reboire.
Je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de l’aérer assez ce qui laisse le nez un peu discret, je vous conseille de lui donner un peu de place pour qu'il s'exprime vraiment
