It is with great delicacy that the colour sparkles in the glass with its ruby hue and purple reflections, a sign of great purity and freshness. In the same youthful and gourmet spirit, the nose releases a fruity and floral complexity around the aromas of strawberries, raspberries, fresh cherries before a touch of candy and wild flowers in very spring! The attack on the palate is very supple, in the spirit of its grape variety, aerial and fluid... without tannin with just a hint of freshness, the "brand" of our Loire wines

The word of the Winemaker, :

A very fruity and fresh red wine, perfect for a convivial meal with friends.

The Wine Estate

Since 1995, and after four generations of winegrowers, Hervé Tijou has enjoyed sharing his tradition and passion for wine. Anne joined him so that all the curious customers of the estate could discover the rich heritage of the village of Saint-Aubin-de-Luigne at the edge of the layon or go and see the plots, that of Savennières, which plunge into the Loire on a sandy schist soil.
