The colour is bright serine yellow with delicate gold reflections. The nose is full of ardour and freshness with aromas of exotic fruits (mangoes, pineapple, lychees) then a perception of Kumquats enhances the finish and reinforces the impression of freshness. The palate is deliciously harmonious with the sweetness of the candied grape by the beneficial mushroom... all sublimated by the hint of the late season which brings freshness. Without woody notes and its very pure aromas, this very gourmet wine is totally on the fruit that you would almost crunch!
