Of low intensity, the silvery-golden canary yellow colour is very luminous and of great purity. It is with great freshness and liveliness that the nose reveals itself on the fruity and "thiolated" aromas typical of the Sauvignon grape variety, dominated by citrus fruits dominated by grapefruits, then the flowers bewitch (broom, honeysuckle...), to finish with a vegetable touch of boxwood characteristic of the Loire grape variety. The palate is supple, delicate, just like the nose, and we find crescendo the same rich aromatic complexity as the nose.
To be drunk from 5 to 6°, this wine is perfect for immediate consumption.
This wine will go with it: - iodine flavours: crustaceans, cooked shellfish (marine mussels, shells...) or raw (oysters, clams...) - smoky flavours: smoked fish - many fish, raw in tartar, in thin slices, steamed (halibut, turbot...) or grilled (red mullets, mackerel, sardines...). - goat's cheese (ideal on the Crottin de Chavignol)
