Pretty dress, brilliant and bright, with shades of yellow serine, delicately gold, reflecting the very beautiful maturity of the grapes. The nose is warm and sweet at the same time. We find the very mineral complexity of the "cru" of Angers, then the notes of ripe white fruit, a hint of milk caramel and the woody smoothness of barrel ageing. The attack in the mouth is velvety. Despite the absence of sugar, its structural density is particularly appreciated, toned down by a touch of tannins, which enhance the density and expression of its terroir on the finish.

The Wine Estate

Since 1995, and after four generations of winegrowers, Hervé Tijou has enjoyed sharing his tradition and passion for wine. Anne joined him so that all the curious customers of the estate could discover the rich heritage of the village of Saint-Aubin-de-Luigne at the edge of the layon or go and see the plots, that of Savennières, which plunge into the Loire on a sandy schist soil.
