The colour, yellow with silvery green reflections, has a medium intensity. The nose is fresh, youthful and enthusiastic, with aromas of white fruits (green apple, peaches) then yellow fruits (apricots), before a hint of lemon, but above all floral aromas of lime tree, a touch of fern, a very beautiful mineral impression of its schistose soil. The palate is straight, fresh and invigorating with the same aromatic complexity and an impression of fennel and wild anise from the hillsides overlooking the Loire.
A fresh and invigorating wine, with a great aromatic complexity, representative of its terroir.
Serve between 9 and 10°C. This wine will evolve serenely over 8 to 10 years, but it is perfect for immediate consumption. How ?
