Surprisingly fresh for its age, this wine would have to be mistaken for a northern vintage. This is certainly due to Syrah, blended with Cinsault and Carignan, which bring a lot of vivacity, with aromas of redcurrants and strawberries, as well as pleasant notes of violets and deroses. After opening, some signs of maturity appear, and the wine reveals itself generously.

This wine has a particular character in our eyes, it is the very first vintage of the estate. It is a 100% old vine cuvée, full of lightness and freshness.
