Red hue, cherry red. On the nose, there is a good but discreet burst of red fruit that has the possibility to vary, open, carries notes of kirsch cherry, drowned with strawberry coulis. Covers the palate well, is good and fluid, we find the red cherry and blackberry that its red fruit color suggests. It has structure and depth to accompany red mullet, tuna, paella, and is long, sustained, touches of salt on the aftertaste.
