The ruby colour is very intense. The very aromatic nose develops smoky, woody notes, completed by aromas of cherry and blackcurrant. The attack on the palate is complex, dominated by red fruits and slightly toasted vanilla notes.
A 100% Merlot wine made from old vines and aged in new oak barrels. An exceptional 10-year-old wine. For a spicy meat or if you are looking for a full-bodied wine, Fleur de Cajus will develop its complex aromas on the palate.
Matured in new barrels. Can be enjoyed now, and can be kept for another 5 to 10 years.
This wine will be served at your table around a festive dish after a few hours in a decanter.
