The aromas are intense, with exotic and smoky notes. On the palate, the attack is lively and harmonious. Delicate aromas of exotic fruit, white flowers and citrus are enhanced by a saline finish.
The word of the Winemaker, :
Hand-harvested, the grapes are sorted in the vineyard and cellar, then completely destemmed and pressed after 24 hours of maceration. Fermentation lasts around 25 days at 17-22°C, in stainless steel tanks. The white wine is aged in vats for 6 months.
