Commentary on the Hachette 2020 Guide: An outstanding wine, it has a pale pink colour with light copper tints and complex aromas of red fruit, citrus fruit, pear, peach and almond. Full on the palate, it combines freshness and roundness right up to the finish, with delicate spicy and tart notes.

Red mullet with courgettes and tapenade, swordfish à la plancha, grilled sea bream with fennel, sea urchins, roasted prawns, roasted pineapple for dessert. Ideal to accompany a meal from A to Z. Also ideal with Thai cuisine, summer salads, a dandelion dish, pretty fresh goat cheese. A delight for dessert with a grapefruit meringue pie or an apricot and thyme panacotta

The Wine Estate

Young winegrowers, Laure and Vianney have a mission: to maintain and transmit Bandol's treasure! After 5 years of hard work to tame the vines perched in the restanques, they deliver us a wine that looks like them, a wine that brings us together. The main thing is to respect the life of the soil. Since 2014, the vines have been worked in biodynamic methods to allow this great terroir to fully express itself in Red and Rosé.
