the colour is golden with golden reflections. The nose is intense and very aromatic, honey, muscatel grain, rose and passion fruit are well present and more powerful after aeration. The palate is rich and complex with notes of muscat grains, honey and strong passion fruit. The finish remains fresh despite its sweetness.

CHATEAU CAP DE FOUSTE

The estate?Located in the heart of Roussillon, Château Cap de Fouste was founded in 1860 by the Bardou - Job family. Since its foundation, the estate has remained a major landmark in the history of wine-making in the Catalan countryside, with its exceptional sunshine and the Tramontane, an omnipresent Tramontane that is sometimes icy, sometimes tropical and suffocating, giving our region fantastic assets. An incredible variety of soils, pebble terraces, clay and limestone hillsides, gravel, allows me to offer you a rich range of products.
