The nose reveals a very beautiful aromatic intensity, with pleasant notes of ripe and slightly jammy fruit, notably peach. Then nuances of sweet spices with vanilla as well as a very light roasting note and a touch of chestnut cream. The mouth is very full and fat, we find notes of pear in syrup and pineapple with honey, then liquorice and spices. Pleasant notes of candied citrus peel arrive at the finish.
We decided to name this cuvée Artus, the name of our eldest son in Occitan. Our gastronomic wine, a wine of emotion that is appreciated by both our private and professional customers.
From now on, and keep for 5 to 7 years. Serve between 10 and 12°C
Ideal for gourmet cuisine, white meat or fish in sauce. Accompanies marvellously red mullet fillets with mashed potatoes with black olives. It is also perfect with goat's or sheep's cheeses.
