Château Carpe Diem - ARTUS Coteaux varois en Provence AOP - Blanc - 2020

The nose reveals a very beautiful aromatic intensity, with pleasant notes of ripe and slightly jammy fruits with notably peach. Then nuances of sweet spices with vanilla as well as a very light note of roasting and a touch of chestnut cream. The mouth is very ample and fat, we find notes of pear in syrup and pineapple in honey then licorice and spices. Pleasant notes of candied citrus peel arrive in the finish.

The word of the Winemaker, Albéric Philipon :

We decided to name this cuvée Artus, the name of our eldest son in Occitan. Our gastronomic wine, a wine of emotion that is appreciated by both our private and professional customers.
