Château Carpe Diem - ARTUS Coteaux Varois en Provence AOP - Blanc - 2021

Very beautiful dress, pale yellow with white gold reflections. The nose is intense and greedy, it shows pleasant notes of custard and chestnut cream, we also perceive some notes of candied citrus fruits zests as well as a delicate point of vanilla. The mouth is round in attack and very fresh, we find there candied citrus fruits but also floral notes with a very light point of lily of the valley and orange blossom. The end of mouth is very delicate, it reveals pleasant mineral notes which give to this wine a very beautiful aromatic persistence.

The word of the Winemaker, Albéric Philipon :

We decided to name this cuvée Artus, after our eldest son in Occitan. Our gastronomic wine, a wine of emotion acclaimed by both our private and professional customers, has been awarded a star in the Guide Hachette 2023 and a score of 92/100 in the Guide Bettane et Desseauve 2024.
