Pale yellow colour with white gold shades. First discreet nose of jammy white flesh fruits, then greedy notes of almond paste and custard cream. Very elegant on the palate with freshness and fruity notes of pear and ripe banana. In the finish, candied citrus zests conferring a nice freshness and persistence.
