Intense and frank colour with purplish reflections. Nose very expressive on black fruits, intense and spicy. Beautiful amplitude, tannins present tight and very silky. Slightly jammy blackberry, slight smoky note and mineral hint.
An excellent epicurean Provence red. Gourmet, with a nicely spicy move.
From now on, and to keep for 4 to 5 years. Serve between 14 and 16°C"
Ideal on a family and Provencal kitchen. Also with an osso bucco of veal Milanese style, or a pork filet mignon with trumpets of death.
