A dry and mineral wine, aged without yeast veil, it offers a rich bouquet with aromas of exotic fruits (pineapple, mango) and nuts. A beautiful intensity in the mouth with a long and straight finish, slightly salty.

Nathalie and Emmanuel Grand, two wine and vine enthusiasts, have created a 9.5 hectare winery. After a long work of setting up in the vineyard, the 2018 harvest marks the beginning of the conversion of the estate to organic farming for a label with the 2021 harvest.
