The origin of my passion, Pomerol !! for me a sublime, marvellous, incredibly regular and precise terroir. A wine vinified completely by hand, without pump and without electricity (except for bottling).
With such a beautiful companion, the dish must be noble and flawless!
A very nice piece of beef or duck ras. A pavé of veal just grilled. but I prefer it alone, in pure tasting, both for pleasure and for the brain!
