Made from the marriage of Syrah and Grenache, this wine is obtained by long maceration, then matured in concrete vats for at least 2 years. This wine is characteristic of the Calavon terroir. It is powerful, aromatic and long in the mouth. It offers a bouquet of ripe fruit, pepper, spices and garrigue. An elegant and ready to drink wine!
A wine full of resources, full and silky with well-melted tannins. After 6 years of ageing, it is a classic of Provence.
To be served for lunch with friends or family. Drink immediately, with an ageing potential of 3 to 5 years. Decant before serving, between 16 and 17°C.
Ideal with a duck breast, a leg of lamb roasted with herbs from the garrigue, or even aged cheeses.
