Resulting from the marriage of Syrah and Grenache, this cuvée is obtained by long maceration, then matured in concrete vats for a minimum of 2 years. This wine is characteristic of the Calavon terroir. At the same time powerful, aromatic, long in the mouth, it offers a bouquet of aromas of ripe fruit, pepper and spices, garrigue.... An elegant and ready-to-drink wine!
A wine full of resources, full and silky with well-melted tannins. After 6 years of ageing, it is a classic of Provence.
A lunch with friends or family, around a meal already prepared. To be drunk immediately, with a potential to keep for 3 to 5 years. Decant before serving, between 16 and 17°C.
Ideal with a duck breast, a leg of lamb roasted with herbs from the garrigue, or even aged cheeses.
