Golden yellow color with a very nice brightness. Fine nose, elegantly designed. Aromas of peach in syrup, lime blossom and garrigue are expressed in a harmonious way. A saline touch suggests the terroir of La Clape, without revealing all its mysteries yet. Round, smooth and unctuous mouth. We find the sweetness of peach and the finesse of the infusion notes. With a little airing, the aromas in mouth release their full potential. Notes of dried apricot with a hint of orange peel are revealed, all supported by a pleasant freshness. A very good length in the mouth leaves a pleasant memory of this wine and calls for another glass.
