Garnet colour with ruby tints. Opulent, typically Languedoc nose with aromas of garrigue, especially rosemary. A slight salinity emerges and reminds us of the terroir of La Clape. In addition, the wine exhales beautiful spicy aromas and ripe fruits, such as plum and blackberry. This nose is supported by an animal structure with leathery notes. Round mouth with a fine and measured expression. The tannins provide a structure with a fine and straightforward grain. The aromas of the nose are frankly found, their expression always supported by a minerality and salinity specific to the terroir. To these are added charming floral aromas, dried violets and black pepper. Of good length, the tasting concludes with smoky notes and caramel aromas.
TEMPUS, for the moment of the INITIATION, to the place and its wines. This moment when everything stops, in front of a bucolic, abrupt and sensual painting, in the heart of the garrigue. You contemplate in silence, at the foot of one of the fig trees, this nature preserved and isolated from the main noisy roads. Tempus....
