Under its brilliant purple colour, with purple tints, already showing all the power of a southern terroir, Cuvée Notre-Dame reveals a very pretty fruit with notes of strawberries, blackberries, cooked fruits as well as a beautiful freshness with aromas of blackcurrants and pine needles. The palate, ample and fat, remains nevertheless fine and elegant, with a beautiful length and supple and silky tannins.

Nez puissant de fruits noirs très mûrs qui invite à une dégustation toute aussi délicieuse évoquent la fraise confiturée. C est un vin masculin, chaleureux, rassurant...que je boirais volontiers avec un bon morceau de fromage ou un plat mijoté du dimanche. Ravie!

Bouche parfaite pour cette belle bouteille. J'aime moins le nez trop animal et musqué pour moi.
Ce serait parfait avec un sauté de boeuf au curry rouge du nord de la Thaïlande. ^^
