Rosé de saignée première pressurée, vinified at low temperature. The dosage of SO2 is extremely controlled in order to limit the presence of SO2 in our rosé. This wine has a superb pale pink color, brilliant. It captivates with a powerful nose, almost greedy, amylic, associating strawberry and white flower with English candies. This aromatic richness is finally confirmed by a beautiful attack in mouth, a lot of freshness and a beautiful length carried by a very nice fruit.
