The cuvée Les Gatilles is a round and greedy Chiroubles, with a ruby color, a beautiful freshness of fruit and floral notes revealing the granite terroir of Javernand. It is a wine to be appreciated from its first years, rather fresh, between 14 and 16°C. Les Gatilles : this is how we call the small grey lizards, which warm themselves in the sun of our hillsides.
