Color : Velvet red color with purple reflections, brilliant and clear wine Nose : First discreet nose opening then on notes of blond tobacco, licorice and black fruits jammed Taste : Fresh and frank attack of mouth, we find the peppered notes - licorice very characteristic of Julienas, round and silky tannins Good balance in mouth

A wine with the characteristic notes of Julienas: peppery and liquorice! A carbonic maceration which allows the full expression of our magnificent terroir.
Sulfiting is very reasonable at the bottling.
