The color is a brilliant ruby with raspberry reflections. The nose is very fresh with small red fruits like redcurrant. Then floral and spicy aromas (peony, carnation, pepper) develop. The mouth is crisp and awake, with a hint of fresh mint. The tannins are silky with dominant aromas of cherry, a peppery note and a touch of vanilla, offering a good balance in the mouth.
