Eye : The robe is deep, ripe cherry coloured. Nose : Complex, pleasant, marked by black fruit and blackberry aromas, with undertones of fresh garrigue and undergrowth. Palate : Frank, evolving with a certain tension towards young tannins, fresh and consistent, with accents of spices, garrigue, thyme.

It can be eaten now, but it can also be stored for up to ten years, away from light. Best drunk between 17 and 18°C.
Perfect to accompany red meat. Also goes very well with white meats. Of course, it will be part of your cheese platter.
