The Wine Estate

Located in the heart of the brouilly region, in Cercié on the Belleville-sur-Saône parcel, in the heart of historic Beaujolais, Francis Paineau produces wines that he calls cut for gastronomy. Precursor and precise, they will be the first to produce pinot noir in the Golden Stones region and it surprises us with its wild wine with hair, made without any addition of sulphite: a wine of great purity.
