Cuvée Jadis represents the forgotten tradition of the region's wines. Vinified and aged according to the methods used by our ancestors and mentioned in the book of "Vermorel" published in 1894. Our most beautiful plot of old vines in massal selection is vinified and then aged 22 months in oak barrels. This wine is pleasant in its youth and above all a great wine to keep!
