Nose: like a perfume! Violet, bergamot, cherry and blond wax... the nose develops unexpected aromas that are seductive and very delicate.
Palate: a soft and feminine juice: first the blond wax, then the aromas of candied fruit and a hint of citrus freshness, almost bergamot, then vanilla and eucalyptus... but also a soft balsamic cashew, pepper and a little iris, almost the sweetness of cotton candy. A surprising variation of a terroir in finesse and delicacy..... extremely terroir!

This is a tribute to Laurent Quetton Saint Georges, former owner of Engarran in the 18th century, and a great adventurer. A great Languedoc vintage, held by deep and velvety Syrah, boosted by the freshness and salinity of the terroir of Saint Georges d'Orques.
