Deep golden yellow colour. The nose develops floral notes and its fresh, mineral and apricoty side is characteristic of the Bergerons of fine origin. On the palate, it is generous and reminiscent of the smoothness of ripe apricots. The finish is enhanced by a slight bitterness of fresh almond and minerality.
Hand-picked from a second sorting in the vineyard. Gentle and long pressing of the whole bunches. Natural fermentation without inputs (yeast or so2) at low temperature. Malolactic fermentation done.
A wine that will drink on its freshness during its youth and will gain in complexity with the years.
Perfect with fried foie gras, filet de fera, Bresse poultry, summer Beaufort.
