Very pale pink color with slightly orange reflections. Wine with a beautiful limpidity and a nice fatness. A nose with aromas of flowers, notably rose and citrus fruits such as grapefruit and lemon. There is a touch of candied, red fruits, peach and spices. A mouth with a beautiful attack, buttered and liquorice. Aromas of citrus fruits very present. A beautiful persistent end of mouth with a silky mixture of peach and apricot. A beautiful freshness and length which make it a very successful wine.

Bonne lecture !지난 1년간 나는 많은 이들에게 내추럴 와인을 좋아하는 이유를 물어봤다. “와인의 재료도 결국 과일, 즉, 음식이기 때문에 사람이 마시는 와인은 최소한 유기농이어야 하지 않을까?”라고 말했던 피크닉 소믈리에 클레멍의 대답이 가장 인상적이었다.유기농은 나라마다, 지역마다, 부여하는 인증 마크에 따라 규제하는 인공첨가물의 범위가 각기 다르다. 하지만 인증 마크를 발견한다면 최소 ‘좋은 포도’를 마시고 있다고 안도할 수 있다. 론 지역의 몽티리우스(Montirius)는 비오디나미 개념을 이해할 수 있는 좋은 예시다. 유기농 와인이 와인 재배에 인간뿐만 아니라 동식물의 ‘복지’까지 염두에 두고 있다면, 비오디나미 와인은 우주까지 조화와 균형의 대상에 포함시킨다. 달과 행성의 움직임에 따라서 포도 재배 작업 시기를 조정하고, 유기농 비료에 소뿔을 넣어 땅속에 묻어 반년간 삭힌다. 그리고 정해진 날짜에 꺼내 정해진 시간대에 광활한 포도밭에 손톱만큼 뿌려서 사용한다. https://www.smlounge.co.kr/arena/article/40214
