Pale colour with straw reflections. On the nose, aromas of citrus fruits are then mixed with notes of white fruits and jasmine. On the palate, the wine is both nervous with a nice acidity while being round and full. A wine that is both very pleasant as an aperitif thanks to its freshness but which will also go perfectly with fish and seafood.

Produced in confidential quantities on 6 hectares of clay-limestone hillsides, the white wine of Parenchère is a wine of great freshness while retaining a nice roundness. The blending has been defined to obtain the perfect balance: the Sauvignon Blanc brings a lot of liveliness to the wine with a lot of acidity....
