Château de Parnay - Château Princé Château Princé Anjou Villages Brissac - Rouge - 2017
This wine has a garnet color and a very good intensity. The nose reveals small black fruits, very ripe and empyreumatic notes (caramel, smoke). The palate has a nice hold, the attack is enveloped and round. The finish, very slightly tannic, is enhanced by a hint of acidity and liquorice which brings depth.
The word of the Winemaker, Olivier VINCENOT :
This wine is made according to a slow fermentation and gentle extraction during maceration which can last up to 60 days.
