Beautiful ruby red colour. Aromatic complexity. Fine aromas of garrigue, truffles and black olives. Elegant, present and velvety on the palate. The tannins are sweet and vanilla.
Selected among the most beautiful parcels, the terroirs are of gneiss and high altitude limestone which culminate at 350m. It is an altitude terroir whose nocturnal freshness allows a gentle maturation of the tannins, the most elegant expression of the aromas and finesse.
