Powerful and complex nose, aromas of stewed red fruits. Notes of caramel and bergamot. Ample and rich on the palate, without the character of wood aging being perceptible. The Grenache gives its full measure with tannins that are both powerful and delicate. Good length.
The word of the Winemaker, :
The schist soils cling to the Piedmont of the Pic de la Coquillade, which rises to 650m. The high-altitude terroirs are those whose nocturnal freshness allows for a gentle maturation and the most elegant expression of aromas. Soils composed of limestone and shale.
