Very pale pink petal color. Floral nose (peony, mandarin). Ample mouth and smooth, slightly mineral. Tangerine finish. Very nice length.
The vineyard climbs up the slopes of the sunny and rocky hillsides of the southern part of the Montagne Noire, from 300 to 400 m altitude, on the remarkable plots of the Château. Facing south, the vines benefit from the East-West alternation of climate. It's a bleeding rosé.
