Very intense garnet colour. Nose dominated by warm spices (cinnamon, star anise), light tobacco, leather, slightly mineral note. Ample and creamy on the palate, fine tannins, well-melted wood, very elegant wine with hints of garrigue (rosemary, cistus), white pepper and truffle. Fresh and mineral wine.

The Minervois La Livinière is in the heart of the Minervois. Leaning against the steep slopes which
the Causse, bordered on the West by the Serre d'Oupia, this schistous terroir where the Mediterranean
Mediterranean influence and the freshness of the Causse is truly exceptional.
Manual harvest. Traditional method. Pigeage and pumping over 35 days in wooden vats.
