Beautiful dark garnet color, with a powerful nose, this wine is complex and very fine; combining the spices of the syrah and the fullness of the grenache. This marriage brings freshness and elegance with a beautiful length in mouth characteristic of these soils of Roussillon.
The word of the Winemaker, :
The Côtes du Roussillon vineyards are located in the northwestern part of the Pyrénées Orientales department. Facing the Canigou, which offers breathtaking views, the vines cling to the terraces. The high altitude terroirs are those where the coolness of the night allows a gentle maturation of the tannins and the structure in general and the most elegant expression of the aromas.
