Its yellow color with golden reflections, limpid takes us on a powerful nose, on hazelnuts, toasted bread, vanilla pod. Its mouth is ample, generous, on the fat. Its minerality and its light elegant woodiness continue on a very beautiful length.

Des notes de fèves de cacao légèrement torréfiées au nez et un peu de vanille. La bouche est ample, avec de jolis arômes floreaux, un petit côté mielleux et un léger boisé qui file tout du long avec quelques notes de vanille. Ça rappelle presque des arômes que l'on retrouve sur des des rhums solera.
Parfait sur des rougets barbet au four arrosés de pastis accompagnés d'un risotto aux poireaux. Divin sur un fromage de vache crémeux.
