J'adore ce nez de Pinot Noir typique éclatant fruité et joueur! En bouche c'est racé avec de la texture, des jolis jus apportés par des vieilles vignes du Chateau. Je l'invite à table un midi car il est aérien et léger ou le soir sur un terre mer ou des "pasta a la vongole" et parmesan
