The Bourgogne Aligoté is a white wine, all in freshness. Good-natured, a little impertinent, fruity, it is dressed in pale gold. Its bouquet is floral (acacia, hawthorn) and fruity (apple). On the palate, this tender and flowing wine relaxes the taste buds with notes of hazelnuts which are declared in the finish.

The Aligoté grape variety has been known in Burgundy since the 17th century. It can be found in Saône-et-Loire, Côte d'Or and Yonne reflecting the diversity of these terroirs. This grape variety benefits from the appellation BOURGOGNE since 1937. It represents 6% of the Burgundian grape varieties.
