Bourgogne Aligoté is a white wine, all in freshness. Good child, a little impertinent, fruity, it is dressed in pale gold. Its bouquet is floral (acacia, hawthorn) and fruity (apple). On the palate, this tender and flowing wine de-stunts the taste buds with hazelnut notes that come through on the finish.
The Aligoté grape variety has been known in Burgundy since the 17th century. It can be found in Saône-et-Loire, Côte d'Or and Yonne reflecting the diversity of these terroirs. This grape variety benefits from the appellation BOURGOGNE since 1937. It represents 6% of the Burgundian grape varieties.
To be enjoyed now and to keep up to 5 years - Service: 11 to 12°C
Its liveliness and citrus note resist well to the iodine of oysters as well as the strong smell of goat cheese. More simply, it will accompany all your vegetable dishes (salad, tabbouleh or steamed vegetables). It is also a faithful companion of Burgundy gougères, snails and parsleyed ham.
