This burgundy is well typed and at the same time very young. The discreet nose is pleasant with its stone fruit notes (cherry, plum). The mouth is round, fat, mellow and built on fine tannins. An elegant authenticity that you should already enjoy.

The word of the Winemaker, Cécile Musso :

Between the valleys of the Dheune and the Grosne, the Côte Chalonnaise opens onto the Midi. These gentle hills were born from the Massif Central, with a shoulder blow, when the Bressan ditch collapsed, forming faults here.
A work of the grounds reflected by respecting scrupulously the European specifications of the organic wine growing. Harvesting is done by hand.
