All our Crémant are hand-picked and the whole bunches are taken to the press. They benefit from an ageing on laths of more than 36 months. During the vinification process we control the temperatures for a slow fermentation. The descent of the wines is done by gravity
The Crémant de Bourgogne is served at a temperature between 6° and 8° C. For a vintage wine, with a dish it can be served at a temperature of 10° C.
Traditionally, Crémant de Bourgogne is drunk as an aperitif, for dessert or simply for a festive event. But if you want to impress your guests why not serve Crémant throughout the meal?
