The colour is light yellow with green reflections. The nose reveals an explosion of aromas of white flesh fruits and exotic fruits. The palate is full of roundness with a slight acidity that brings freshness to this cuvée.

The Wine Estate

The imprint of a family. In the heart of Saint Gervais, on a hillside overlooking the Dordogne, 30 minutes from Bordeaux. The enclosure closes around the castle with its 3km wall. A suitable terroir for Merlot 60%, Cabernet Franc 20% and Cabernet Sauvignon 20%, it also contains Sauvignon Blanc, Muscadelle and Sémillon to create the Gaïa cuvée. With vines over 50 years old, the wines are concentrated and full of fruit.
