The most serious of our Beaujolais, a light structure but well present with a beautiful matter brought by the breeding. Ripe fruits joined by a lot of freshness and some peppery notes. Charming and elegant.

The word of the Winemaker, Anne Victoire Monrozier :

He's the boss's favorite, my father pampers him and makes only 1,000 bottles. It is aged in barrels of one to three wines in our cellar under the house. A little larger (400L) than the classic Burgundian, they allow to better integrate the wood into the wine.
