The 2016 vintage has a deep cherry red colour. The nose is expressive, marked by notes of ripe black fruits. The attack on the palate is silky, evolving towards a beautiful structure with very present and crunchy tannins. The finish is quite long and marked by notes of cherry stone.
Decanting the wine (about half an hour before tasting) will allow it to aerate and develop its bouquet.
It will go particularly well with a piece of grilled or braised beef.
