The 2016 vintage, Cuvée Rébecca, has a pretty cherry red color, dark sustained. The nose is expressive, marked by morello cherry and toasted notes. The attack in the mouth is supple, evolving with a beautiful structure with greedy and crisp tannins. The finish is long and marked by black fruits. It is a wine to be kept: about 10 years.

This cuvée comes from the selective harvest of our old vines: 30 to 60 years old.
The harvest was done manually, at perfect maturity.
The yield is voluntarily controlled : 20hl/ha
The whole wine was put in new barrels (French oak), for a period of 15 months and racked every 3 months.
